Can precision engineering components be custom-made to your specifications?

Yes, bespoke manufacturing is a key part of our service offering. Precision engineering components are manufactured exactly in line with your specific requirements and specifications.

There are various ways in which your bespoke components are produced:

• Manufacturing to customer specifications: We produce individual parts and assemblies with precision based on the drawings and specifications you provide.
• Joint development: Should you require support with the design phase, our experts will guide you from the initial idea onwards and work with you to develop the optimal technical solution.
• Implementation with attention to detail: Thanks to decades of experience, we bring your ideas to life with unwavering precision.

What types of mechanical assemblies can be manufactured, amongst others?

The mechanical assemblies that can be manufactured include, in particular, high-precision measuring and pointer mechanisms for pressure and temperature measurement, as well as specialised components for flow and level measurement. Another key focus is the manufacture of manometer mechanisms and complete small gearboxes, which are developed and assembled in response to the trend towards miniaturisation.

Furthermore, our range of services includes the assembly of complex precision mechanical systems comprising a wide variety of precise individual components, such as automatic turned parts, stamped and bent parts, as well as gear elements and metal-plastic composite parts. These assemblies are realised from the initial design stage, through the manufacture of the individual components, right through to final assembly and quality control.
