No, as long as you assure us that you will not pass on the design and proposals to third parties, this service is to a certain extent self-financing.

We gear cut standard evenly toothed spur and/or gear wheels, gear segments, gear pinions, gear shafts, toothed washers, etc. of diameters ranging from 1.5 mm to 64 mm and module sizes ranging from 0.15 to 1.0 as part of our day-to-day business in the cutting department.

Plastic gear tooth systems manufactured via the injection molding method also number among our strengths of course.

Unfortunately, internal gearing and helical gearing are not included in our product range.

Our strength lies clearly in the segment of small and medium-scale production lines, where our flexibility can be optimally developed. We always manage to satisfy our customers’ wishes within this framework very quickly. However, even large-scale production lines can be produced using special purpose machines (e.g. automatic assembly machines for low cost meter movements) at competitive prices. Our highly skilled employees also create special purpose machines and automatic assembly machines in-house according to their own ideas. Unfortunately, we don’t have enough room to list all the options here. Using the above-cited raw materials we produce turning parts ranging from 1.00 mm to 14.00 mm Ø on our automatic lathes and automatic turning lathes (ESCO). Our optimized production flows supported by our CNC-driven machines also enable us to produce small and medium-sized quantities particularly rationally and thus cost-effectively.

In our state-of-the-art especially “sound-absorbing” punching department we process plates and belts in thicknesses of between 0.05 – 3.00 mm. To accomplish this we have machines and automatic punching machines of up to 60 tonnes punching pressure at our disposal.

We supply component parts and assembly groups for running and ratchet mechanisms, meter movements and motion works, counters, small gears, recording instruments, metering equipment, valves, electric switches, drives, photographic equipment, gauges, vehicle components, medical instruments, weighing machines, telephone systems, vending machines, office machines, video equipment, model railways, etc. You can’t find what you need here? This is our absolute highest priority. In addition to customer satisfaction our sole focus is oriented towards meeting the high internal quality demands we make of our own production parts. We have been certified since 1996 and are currently certified according to DIN ISO 9001: 2008. Our independent QM agent constantly checks our adherence to these demanding conditions. Permanent quality controls during production and at the end of the production chain guarantee an extremely high standard of quality. In addition, our in-house processes and structures are permanently monitored by an internal CIP system (= continuous improvement process). The constantly positive evaluations we receive from our customers as part of our annual customer satisfaction survey confirm that we are on the right path.

No, we only produce in our two factories in Berchtesgaden and with outworkers in the close vicinity. We are thus one of the largest and most important employers in the region. We would never dream of relocating to the countries with low wage economies, as we accomplish our outwork very successfully using employees in our native country.

Our production involves roughly 100 employees in Berchtesgadener Land on approx. 2,500 m2. Our production department, spread over two separate factories, comprises the punching, automatic turning part, gear cutting, tool making, finishing, outwork, special assembly, quality assurance and dispatch departments.
